Beach Riding At
Gwithian
A chance for the
big kids to find out what they have been missing out on - three miles of
traffic-free golden sands!
Meet at Wheal Buller to load the horses. We will need a volunteer car
driver as the horse box only seats three. Join up again at Gwithian to
unload and ride. We will be spending about two hours on the beach.
If you plan on splashing through the waves then leave the posh boots at
home! A chance to have some fun, but if you wear the horse out at the far
end of the beach you get to carry it back. J
The cost is £60 a head and includes hire of horse and horse transport. Places are limited so watch out for the posters announcing departure times.

A swimming costume, shorts and t-shirt or wetsuit are suitable to wear in the water. Saddles off, (provided) life-jackets on, mount up and into the water. Depart 2pm from Wheal Buller.
